With the weather starting to get cold it’s easy to stay cooped up inside. Don’t let that happen to you. There are plenty of things to do, one thing being indoor playground areas. This could be for adults, kids, or both! There are many places to go on this list, including Little Gym of Dayton, Scene 75, Run Around Fun Town, EnterTRAINment Junction, and more! Some of these places cost to go to, but some are free. Keep moving this winter, don’t let the weather bog you down!
Moving can be a stressful time, but staying organized during the move can help to lower stress. Not everything has to be done at the same time, there are many things that can be planned ahead for. Some things can be done as far as two months out. Here is an organized list of things that can be done by week.
They are planning to add Spike-it, LLC in West Carrollton where Fraser paper mill once was. They plan to have 17 sand courts and 300 parking spaces which should attract hundreds of people to the city each night!! Can’t wait for this project to be done so I can visit!
There are many different personalities and characters out there. The same goes for those in real estate. When looking for someone to help sell your home or help you find the right home it is important to trust them. There will be a lot of information given to them and they will be with you until the end of your buying or selling experience. They are there to make it as smooth as possible for you. There are many homes that realtors know of that are not advertised, they will find these for you if they fit your interests. The realtor is there to be the cushion between clients. They are experienced negotiators. They are also an extra set of eyes that can help point out potential problems with a house that is on the top of your list. To find the right realtor for you make sure to get referrals and check references. Make sure that you will see all properties with them and not only ones that will make them the most money. Interview the agents that you are most interested in. Always be sure to use common sense and be skeptical. You will find the right agent for you!
Looking for something to do this weekend?
Breweries are EVERYWHERE in Ohio! I wanted to take a small trip with part of my little family (My boyfriend and dog) and we decided to go to Columbus. The first night we are staying at BrewDog’s DogHouse Hotel and Brewery! I am so excited to tour this brewery and the 6,000 sq ft craft beer museum that is inside! There are many other breweries around, if you are trying to find one near you click the OHIO BREWERIES image below.
