Dayton Ohio is known as the Greater Miami Valley and Gem City – and offers a unique blend of local living opportunities that provide a wide variety of lifestyle living scenarios to suit your own personal needs. IF a community is listed here – it is likely we have had a listing, sold a home in the community or had clients to inquire about the area. This list is by no means ALL of the available communities in our Southwestern region – but certainly a good place to start. After reading up online about a community – we always recommend that you take a drive through the neighborhood, see the local events and places and get a true feel for where you’d like to call your HOME.
