Big Changes in West Carrollton

They are planning to add Spike-it, LLC in West Carrollton where Fraser paper mill once was.  They plan to have 17 sand courts and 300 parking spaces which should attract hundreds of people to the city each night!!  Can’t wait for this project to be done so I can visit!
