Beavercreek

Voted among Top 100 Best Places to Live – Money Magazine pick #84 and our Ohio Senate honors the vote! A growing population of about 40,000 and industry, shopping / retail, restaurants and more all to keep residents active and happy.

As noted on the City website…

Beavercreek is characterized by a spacious, rolling, wooded environment providing a very attractive setting for the many fine residential neighborhoods. Beavercreek is considered to be among the most attractive, dynamic and desirable locations in the Dayton area with an outstanding quality of life. Consequently, it has also been one of the fastest growing suburbs with housing ranging from exclusive, custom-built homes to charming older neighborhoods. Beavercreek still contains a considerable amount of open, undeveloped property with neighboring unincorporated areas subject to future annexation.

This is a community that I recommend for those seeking an easy commute to anywhere yet offering a stable and growing environment. The schools are rated Excellent with sports programs that compete statewide. Military families enjoy Beavercreek’s advantages and easy drive to WPAFB.

Kettering

Named after Charles Kettering, philanthropist and inventor of the auto self-start, Kettering is located just 5 miles South of Downtown Dayton and is a bustling city for businesses and families. The school system is in the top rankings consistently and is the second largest school district of Montgomery County.

Many activities are available, along with shopping and dining out. The Fraze Pavilion is a great concert experience and fun way to “unwind.” Kettering Medical Center is located here, with the Kettering Health Network among the area leading employers.

Miamisburg

This “Star City” is home to about 20,000 residents and is a diverse and very active community. Miamisburg is rich in history as well and has a Historical Society that is dedicated to preserving the memories and homes. With many community activities, it is common to see people “out and about” in Miamisburg. The Dayton Mall has recently completed its renovation project that added to the “original” all inclusive / interior mall design by joining open and separate buildings that is perfect for your full shopping experience.
