With Thanksgiving on our heels, we know that quickly the shift will be to Christmas and family time together.  If you are searching for something to see / go do – we want to encourage you to go out and explore at Austin Landing!  Austin Landing – one of the newest shopping / entertainment complexes to develop in our area is situated between Miamisburg and Springboro and is a short drive from the Centerville/Washington Township area, as well as other communities via the I-75 access. From shopping, eating, drinking, and MORE there is so much to explore and enjoy. AND NOW – Christmas Lights are EVERYWHERE!!! This beautiful video helps us to share a breathtaking view of this space.

Staley Mill Farm / Indian Creek Distillery

The Staley Mill Farm and the Indian Creek Distillery are truly an American legacy, and indeed one of those things that makes our community a great place to live! Missy is the 6th generation to own and operate the farm and distillery. We had a fabulous time learning about the history of the complex, and even got to watch them making their legendary whiskey! They treated us like family…

To quote Missy, “Always the mavericks (we come by it honestly), we have never allowed the norm to keep us from doing what we believe in… we will continue to push the boundaries, be authentic to our own unique point of view, never tire and refuse to act our age.” We wish them the best for the next 200 years!

If you want to buy any of their spirits, stop by the distillery, you will leave inspired! You can also book a tour, or rent out their facility for a gathering or party! For more info go here: http://www.staleymillfarmanddistillery.com or stop by the Indian Creek Distillery, 7095 Staley Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344.

Dayton Dinner Theater Grand Opening

This night was truly spectacular and so much fun to take in with our video segment.  If you missed our first video talking with the “master-mind” behind the scenes, John Boucuvalas, you will want to take another look at it.  Cool place is regenerating the enthusiasm of a lost era with premiere movie nights like this!

We just couldn’t resist going to the Dayton Dinner Theater grand opening on Sunday and is absolutely one of the coolest new ideas to hit Dayton in some time, and definitely is one of those things that make our community a great place to live.

It happens every other Sunday night, and if you haven’t been, come to show, you’ll be happy you did! Go here for tickets and info: www.daytondinnertheater.com/
