Welcome to Beavercreek!

Welcome to Beavercreek

Welcome to Beavercreek!

Beavercreek, Ohio is currently the largest city in Greene County, which is adjacent to Montgomery County and the Dayton area.  While offering a wide variety of housing from the older / stable neighborhoods with classic charm, to more custom and elegant living…you will find much to desire in our Beavercreek community!

Shopping is a focal point with Fairfield Commons Mall located at the busiest interchange of Fairfield Road, New Germany Trebein and is exit 17 off I-675.  Minutes to Wright State University and the Nutter Center – you will find education is a strong suit, as well as entertainment factor.  If you like to eat out – there are many restaurants to choose from with all flavor sensations to explore.

Enjoy a day out on the course?  You will enjoy teeing-it-up at either Beavercreek Golf Club or the Country Club of the North!  The public course at Beaverceek Golf Club is rated as a top-tier public course with 4.5 stars and sure to please both the novice and the semi-pro seeking to relax.  If you are interested in the private setting, CCN is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course that will exhilarate and challenge you.  If you feel so inspired after hitting a round, you may want to check out the beautiful semi-custom to fully custom homes here!

Commute times are quick with the easy access to 675 and Rt 35 as well as the main roadways of the city.  Parks and recreation features as well as a “home-town feel” make this a wonderful place to call home.  Minutes from WPAFB also make this community Military Proud; with additional strong employment sectors in medical, engineering, research, and manufacturing abound for those seeking to relocate.

Beavercreek

Voted among Top 100 Best Places to Live – Money Magazine pick #84 and our Ohio Senate honors the vote! A growing population of about 40,000 and industry, shopping / retail, restaurants and more all to keep residents active and happy.

As noted on the City website…

Beavercreek is characterized by a spacious, rolling, wooded environment providing a very attractive setting for the many fine residential neighborhoods. Beavercreek is considered to be among the most attractive, dynamic and desirable locations in the Dayton area with an outstanding quality of life. Consequently, it has also been one of the fastest growing suburbs with housing ranging from exclusive, custom-built homes to charming older neighborhoods. Beavercreek still contains a considerable amount of open, undeveloped property with neighboring unincorporated areas subject to future annexation.

This is a community that I recommend for those seeking an easy commute to anywhere yet offering a stable and growing environment. The schools are rated Excellent with sports programs that compete statewide. Military families enjoy Beavercreek’s advantages and easy drive to WPAFB.
