Beavercreek

Voted among Top 100 Best Places to Live – Money Magazine pick #84 and our Ohio Senate honors the vote! A growing population of about 40,000 and industry, shopping / retail, restaurants and more all to keep residents active and happy.

As noted on the City website…

Beavercreek is characterized by a spacious, rolling, wooded environment providing a very attractive setting for the many fine residential neighborhoods. Beavercreek is considered to be among the most attractive, dynamic and desirable locations in the Dayton area with an outstanding quality of life. Consequently, it has also been one of the fastest growing suburbs with housing ranging from exclusive, custom-built homes to charming older neighborhoods. Beavercreek still contains a considerable amount of open, undeveloped property with neighboring unincorporated areas subject to future annexation.

This is a community that I recommend for those seeking an easy commute to anywhere yet offering a stable and growing environment. The schools are rated Excellent with sports programs that compete statewide. Military families enjoy Beavercreek’s advantages and easy drive to WPAFB.

Centerville

One of the Southern suburbs to the Dayton area – Centerville continues to grow and develop thanks to the easy commute via I-75 and 675 interchanges. State Route 48, in parts known as Far Hills and / or S Main Street is a major roadway that can literally be a scenic drive from one end of the far Northern to the far Southern communities that make up Dayton. (Granted, that drive will take you a bit longer – but it is rich in history and fun!)

Centerville is an area known for the Schools and Sports and all the “ELKS” pride that a community can muster. If you have a child that is looking for a sports program (and you still want them to have the education to fall back on) this is a good area for you to search and perhaps call your next home.

Dayton

Known as the “Birthplace of Aviation” – home of the Wright Brothers, Dayton, Ohio is rich in history, tradition and value! The use of “Dayton” as the city in which you live, has far surpassed the boundaries of many communities and is truly what makes living here open to possibilities for so many people. Within a 30 minute commute, you can literally be from one end to the other of the city limits and yet cross through a wide variety of spectrum for living within each of those communities. While the term “Dayton” seems to be all encompassing – it is in fact, a distinct area of town that in its own “wright” has many things to be proud to offer you as a resident.

Downtown Dayton is a hub of activity for business during the week and weekend activities for all to enjoy. Fifth Third Ballpark is home to the Dayton Dragons and is great family enjoyment for a game of baseball. If you are looking for an evening “out on the town” performing arts may just the answer; with the Schuster Center and Victoria Theatre you are sure to find entertainment.
