Graceworks Lutheran Services is proposing an expansion to its Bethany Village property.
The expansive 100-acre senior living community in Centerville plans two projects at its main complex at 6451 Far Hills Ave., city officials say. Plans call for the company to demolish a 47,000-square-foot skilled nursing center wing in the Linden House. In its place would be a new 74 unit, 90,000-square-foot three-story assisted living facility. This would replace the west wing of the Linden House — and mean a net increase of 49 assisted living units.

This will be the 25th Annual Event and if you are a sports fan, it is an event you don’t want to miss! Not only is it an opportunity for you to pick up some great memorabillia but it is a wonderful way to help support the St. Leonard Senior Living Community in Centerville. Local celebrities will host the event and their are several hundred items up for Silent Auction, with the live auction featuring the bigger “ticket” items. Registration is $65 per person, or if you have a group of 8 a table is $500. If it seems high in price – remember this is a CHARITY EVENT that has been around for years to help support our seniors. One day, we will not be so young and it is nice to think that maybe St Leonard’s Senior Living Community will still be around to help us out!
