The flat fee is for the LISTING SERVICES as provided by me, with a full-service listing into our MLS and website feeds, professional REALTOR representation thru-out the process (showing requests, open houses, contract negotiations, inspections, appraisal and to the closing) without any waiver of duties. While this certainly helps to control your costs for the listing, there is still an “assumption” of cooperation with a Buyer’s Agent, as is one of the requirements for a listing to be entered into the Realtor MLS service.
