Many Sellers are having success in making that SALE by offering a form of “seller financing” with doing a Land Contract. This is not the Land Contract of old that you may have heard bad stories regarding – at least if you are sure to use a Title Company that is reputable and who uses a Real Estate Attorney to draw up the actual Land Contract.
