What does SRES mean?

By furthering my education and growing my specialty of service to include Senior Living assistance, becoming an SRES was an important designation for me to obtain.  I am excited to be able to take my years of service, from military service to Occupational Therapy and now to real estate services – being able to assist those searching for a new direction or way of life is an opportunity I welcome.

Introducing… “Front of the Line”

I have officially opened Consulting Services to assist those Senior housing needs you may have, in addition to real estate services.  These are vetted professional providers that I have personally met with and / or worked with in my occupational therapy and real estate services and I am happy to pass along their contact information for your consideration.

Senior Living is a Growing Industry and Need!

So much focus is being shifted to the “senior needs” as more people are entering their GOLDEN YEARS and need to have a change in living accommodations.  What we often find, people either are WELL PLANNED for this venture – or completely SURPRISED by what all is involved with their new life change!!  We want to help you in whatever ways possible… including to pass along helpful information with housing that fit the needs of Senior Living.

As recently reported in the Dayton Business Journal by Tristan Navera:

Graceworks Lutheran Services is proposing an expansion to its Bethany Village property.

The expansive 100-acre senior living community in Centerville plans two projects at its main complex at 6451 Far Hills Ave., city officials say. Plans call for the company to demolish a 47,000-square-foot skilled nursing center wing in the Linden House. In its place would be a new 74 unit, 90,000-square-foot three-story assisted living facility. This would replace the west wing of the Linden House — and mean a net increase of 49 assisted living units.

Home Selling and Buying Services for Seniors

seniors home imageThere are specialized “designations” for different areas of real estate and we have found that Seniors have needs specific to their own circumstances.   My background as an Occupational Therapist has given me a special insight on the needs of our elderly, combined with my enjoyment of estate sales and now my expertise as a Realtor – I am able to merge all of these skills for YOUR benefit.

If you are feeling the time may be approaching to start life planning for the next phase, allow me to sit down and discuss with you how I can help you make the necessary transitions.  My goal is to help ensure that you don’t have to give away the equity you have worked for – at the time in your life when you were meant to enjoy all the benefits.
