For Rent properties tend to be less represented by Realtors, for the simple fact that many owners / landlords just advertise and handle this on their own. For those properties that ARE listed For Rent with a Realtor, the process is more structured and straight-forward that begins with a tenant application (usually a fee) and then a showing request can be made. You should be prepared to act quick – as our market has continued to be low inventory in rentals – as equally low inventory in housing supplies continue.
