Tim Nuss is an up-and-coming member of the National Board of Realtors who is passionate in helping his clients buy, sell and investing in properties around the greater Dayton area. Thankful for his family, friends and life-changing opportunities God has provided. His loving parents; father, a born salesman and mother, a compassionate and witty friend to all gave him the tools to be successful in his life. Diversity in the jobs market and experiences gained through educational opportunities has taught him to be mechanically inclined, inventive and adaptable to new situations. He graduated from St Anthony Catholic School then on to Belmont High School finishing in 1978. Directly enlisted into the US Navy and served with honors until discharged in 1984. Worked at Gem City Engineering Company just short of 20 years until returning to Sinclair Community College and receiving a degree in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Father of two wonderful young adults has been blessed with the pleasure of passing on his life's accomplishments, ethics and dreams to them. In his spare time he enjoys ballroom dancing, golf, playing the piano, attending estate sales and the many seasonal events the Dayton area has to offer.

Alzheimers and Dementia are greatly confused and misunderstood by people. I have often been asked by families: What is the difference between Dementia and Alzheimers; What are the stages of Alzheimers; Is there a cure? While I am not a doctor, nor do I intend to give medical advice – I do work with individuals who are diagnosed with these conditions – and more importantly, my interaction with the family members has given me a perspective to share.
Alzheimers is the likely diagnosis that people receive – and there are a number of stages as to the illness and effects. In early stages it may appear to be just a mental lapse or forgotten details. It is difficult as a family member to see these changes take place and when compounded with a potential health risk for someone living independently – the reality of a move is sometimes daunting. My personal experiences as an Occupational Therapist Assistant now combined with being a professional REALTOR, Senior Real Estate Specialist, all helps to ensure my compassionate service to assist you and your loved ones in making the right real estate and potential living arrangements.
