Tammy, grew up in Dayton, attended the Dayton Public Schools and Graduated Patterson Cooperative High School. She began a graphics presentation company out of high school and understands what it takes for a business to be successful. Her career in real estate began while living away in Arizona, but it was inevitable that she would return home to the Dayton area. Tollhouse Tavern is still a great place to eat – and especially when the days of fall are nice and you can grab a day in the mid 70’s to sit outside on the patio – THIS would be the place to stop and have lunch! If you are out for dinner and want something casual – but good, they have really good broasted chicken and “fish and chips” – my personal favorites 😉

As reported in the Dayton Business Journal by Kaitlin Schroeder:

“The 98,000-square-foot shopping center at the corner of Main Street and Spring Valley Pike is home to tenants such as Club 51 Fitness, Buffalo Wings & Rings and Dollar General.

The deal marks another Dayton-area retail property gobbled up by investors. The region has seen a slew of similar deals in the past year.”
